4am till 10pm, excluding class times
Each CrossFit Newcastle class runs for an hour. CrossFit® classes broadly consist of two parts: a lift (A) and a workout (B). These classes focus on general functional movements that all members of the public benefit from, young & old.
CFN doesn’t run a beginners class. The reason for not running beginners classes is that our coaching staff is highly educated and experienced. We can scale/ modify any workout to suit your skill level or limits.
Maximum 3 sessions per week

No lock-in contracts. No cancellation fee. We understand life can change pretty quickly hence we don’t lock you in or charge you for cancelling.
It is the responsibility of members to ensure they are financial each week. CrossFit Newcastle is permitted to refuse entry to persons who have not paid. Weekly debit of all memberships on Friday of each week.
