Pip Malone

Pip is a highly accomplished elite athlete who has represented Australia in multiple sports. With 20+ years of experience of training and competing at elite level since the age of 9, her sporting background includes national and international level in gymnastics (trampoline, power tumbling & acrobatics), Canoe Slalom, CrossFit and Weightlifting.

Pip began CrossFit in 2011 and went on to qualify and compete as an individual at the 2013 CrossFit games in her rookie year, and then again in 2014. From CrossFit, Pip found her love of the sport of weightlifting and went on to represent Australia at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.

Pip has been coaching CrossFit since 2013 in Australia and the USA. What she most enjoys about coaching is helping people increase their overall quality of life and fitness longevity through functional training.

Outside of the sporting world, Pip has a degree in Criminology and she became a mum in 2020. Having fitted a lot into her life already, she now enjoys the new challenge of balancing life as a parent, coach, business owner and former elite athlete.
