With 20+ years of experience of training and competing at elite level since the age of 9, her sporting background includes national and international level in gymnastics (trampoline, power tumbling & acrobatics), Canoe Slalom, CrossFit and Weightlifting.

Pip began CrossFit in 2011 and went on to qualify and compete as an individual at the 2013 CrossFit games in her rookie year, and then again in 2014. From CrossFit, Pip found her love of the sport of weightlifting and went on to represent Australia at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
